~ Personal Training at Raw Fitness IS DESIGNED FOR THE INDIVIDUAL.  We take the time to get to know and understand how your body moves in space by leading you through a Functional Movement Screening (FMS). The FMS is an active movement screening that helps the trainer identify any imbalances your body and helps them prescribe the right corrections. After going through your detailed health history, habits, and future ambitions, we write a personalized program. The program is designed to correct any movement patterns or imbalances you may be having.  This will help to avoid any unnecessary injuries. Once a solid movement foundation is laid, the program becomes more progressive focusing on benchmark goals and overall goals.
