Raw Fitness is about helping people understand their bodies’ both physically and mentally by changing the way they think about fitness. Our members are exposed to corrective movement, individually designed progressions, empowerment through education, and a support network, designed to help members improve and reach their specific goals without discouragement or discomfort. Raw Fitness will offer a variety of classes with the option of one-on-one personal training. Our classes training will incorporate and target joint movement, cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, form in a professional relaxed atmosphere.
